today wake up early to go sch fer meeting with tt.. then reach early.. then wait for bw till we late... so after meeting , me david mia and ron went to alumni club hse to eat.. then after that went back to studio to self prac...ard 6 plus.. steffi came and so both us practice the partner work for helena... she damm hard working can.. then i think oni the lifting part is the oni prob ba.. turn gt improve slightly abit.. but still got room for improvement.. after that i leba awhile then chiong junchao chereo liao.. he teach a few new steps then go through then end le..
today i gt one achievement.. i can a dunno what thing.. is lie down then kick up then u stand up liao.. dunno wat is that call.. finally can do it.. somemore without hands.. so happy.. after prac went KSL and eat with xiao bei, jamie c, ivan, xf, qianhui..then talk and talk till very late then i went home le.. haiz.. tml chiongster day fer me liao.. 2pm to 10.30 pm..
